30-Day Return Policy
Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- Prescription medications cannot be returned
- Personal care items must be unopened
- Medical devices must be unused with all components
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be
credited to your original payment method.
How to Initiate a Return

- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping label
- Package the item securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any authorized courier center
